             Calculus is a study of instantaneous behavior at points of function. The actual discovery of this beautiful subject was due to Sir Issac Newton (1642-1727) of England and to Wilhelm Leibnitz (1646 – 1716) of Germany. Both invented and studied it at the same time independently. The study of differential and integral calculus the two branches of calculus needs a basic knowledge of classical algebra, analytical geometry and Euclidean geometry.
